In 2023, Vane Women Press celebrates 30 years in publishing. The press specialises in first pamphlets for women writers in the North East of England. It is the publishing arm of Vane Women, a writers' collective. They arrange workshops, read their work in public performances at a range of venues, and mentor women aspiring to publication.
