Permeable Barrier is an online journal for internet-based poetry and art. We are particularly, though not exclusively, interested in Film Poems and Video Art. Submissions are also open for poems, essays, reviews, and images that respond to films, television, the internet, and related media. We love experimentation, fragments, and ephemera, and welcome submissions from everyone regardless of background.
