The Wirral Poetry Festival is now accepting submissions for its Open Poetry Competition.

Poems must be in English, unpublished, and of no more than 40 lines in length.

There is a cash prize of £250 for the first place winner, and four cash prizes of £25 for four runners-up.

Additional prizes will be given to entrants living or working in Wirral: £100 for the first place winner, and two cash prizes of £25 for two runners-up.
