The Sentinel Literary Quarterly Poetry Competition January 2022 is open to original, previously unpublished poems written in English, on any subject, in any style, up to 50 lines long.

Visual poems will also be accepted, as long as they fit on a single page.

Poets of all ages living anywhere in the world are eligible to enter.

Prizes: £250 (First Prize), £125 (Second Prize), £75 (Third Prize), three £30 prizes (High Commendation), three £20 prizes (Commendation), three £10 prizes (Special Mentions)

This quarter's judge is the poet and copywriter Mark Totterdell.
