The Gloucestershire Poetry Society 2023 Haiku Competition is now open for submissions from both national and international poets.

Entries can be single standalone haiku (one line, duostich, tercet, or quatrain). Various syllable counts are allowed. Haiku sequences are also welcome: no longer than 15 lines with the title and line spaces not counted.

There are three prizes of £150 (1st), £75 (2nd), and £25 (3rd) plus a chance to be featured in Steel Jackdaw Magazine.

All longlisted poems will be eligible for the 2023 Haiku Competition Anthology.
