Open for poems in either English or Welsh (prizes will be given in each language category) on the theme of 'uplands'/'yr ucheldir' in their literal, metaphorical, metaphysical or personal senses. There is also a special prize for poets resident in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion or Powys. Entries should be no more than 40 lines in length.
