The National Poetry Library welcomes everyone and works hard to ensure our facilities are accessible to all.

We have excellent public transport links with step-free access. A drop-off point at Royal Festival Hall has been created for visitors who are unable to walk long distances. Once you arrive at Royal Festival Hall, we suggest you take the JCB lift to Level 5, where you will find us.

About the collection

Southbank Centre, where the National Poetry Library is based, is proud to have been awarded Gold by Attitude is Everything on their Charter for Best Practice for arts venues providing access for Deaf and disabled people. All the cafes, bars and restaurants across the Southbank Centre site are accessible.
