The National Poetry Library has a collection of poetry and rhyming picture books especially for children, with over 4,000 titles available. It is free for children to become a member and borrow books and audio.

We also have the Little Library – a space where you can bring children to explore poetry together, play games and do puzzles.

Rug Rhymes is our free poetry session for children aged 5 and under that takes place every Friday from 10.30am – 11am.  We run special workshops and sessions for kids of all ages throughout the year during term time.
