Free Verse Workshop: Putting Together a Pamphlet
Poet and editor Rachel Piercey is leading a poetry workshop at The Poetry Book & Magazine Fair 2018 which will focus on the art of assembling, formatting and submitting poems for a pamphlet.
At the workshop each participant will roughly order their own pamphlet, select sample poems to send and create a unique description of their writing or project which is designed to catch an editor’s attention. Attendants need to bring a notebook, two examples of well-constructed pamphlets and approximately 25 pages of poems.
