Out-Spoken Press: Surgery with Fran Lock

A rare opportunity for one-to-one feedback sessions with three poets from Out-Spoken Press, Anthony Anaxagorou, Fran Lock and Bridget Minamore.

These poets will spend be resident at the Poetry School, each with four one-hour slots available, for in-depth one-to-one discussion on your work; so pick your tutor and prepare a selection of poems-in-progress for advice and guidance from these poets and editors.

 

Each tutor has the following slots available:

10:30 – 11:30
11:45 – 12:45
14:00 – 15:00
15:15 – 16:15

 
Fran Lock is the author of four books: FlatrockThe Mystic and the Pig Thief , Muses and Bruises and Dogtooth. A further pamphlet, Ruses and Fuses, written in collaboration with collage artist Steev Burgess, is forthcoming from Culture Matters later this year. Her fifth collection, Contains Mild Peril, will be launched through Out-Spoken Press in 2019. Fran is a post-doctoral candidate at Birkbeck, University of London. Her research focuses on the relationship between the epistolary form in contemporary poetry and the use of letters in therapeutic contexts.
