The Moth Poetry Prize 2022 is open for submissions of unpublished poetry from participants all over the world aged 16 years onwards.

There are prizes of €6,000 for 1st prize and €1,000 for three runner-up prizes. Eight commended poets will each receive €250.

The four shortlisted poems will be published in the Spring 2023 issue of The Moth, and the overall winner will be announced at a special award ceremony at Poetry Ireland.
