The Fool for Poetry International Chapbook Competition is now open for submissions from poets looking to publish their work into chapbook form. Participants may be new, emerging and established poets from any country.

Submissions should have a limit of no longer than 16-24 pages and have an accompanying covering letter.

There are two prizes of €1000 (1st) and €500 (2nd). Both winners will win a chapbook publication and 25 complimentary copies, and will be offered a reading and three nights’ accommodation at the Cork International Poetry Festival. Up to 25 other entrants will be publicly listed as "highly commended".
