Rivers of Kendal – Creative Writing Workshop

Join tutor Geraldine Green and explore the journeys of rivers, becks and gills of Kendal and its surrounding fells and dales, from their source in the high fells, to Kendal and on to the sea. Each workshop will comprise of a series of writing prompts and variety of stimuli based around the Quaker Tapestry panels, enabling participants to create new writing in a safe and supportive setting.

 
Participants do not need any previous creative writing experience and can write in any genre: poetry, prose, letters or a journal. There will be paper, pens and pencils available for participants to use during the workshop and hot drinks and biscuits will also be provided throughout the session.
