Explore the lyrics and poetry of Bob Dylan. Participants will look at examples of Dylan's writing from periods throughout his career and examine how he uses words to shape the environment of a song. Dylan regularly broke the rules of lyrical writing and in doing so created a body of work that rewards exploration with techniques and possibilities. It has ultimately led to him being awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature.
