Jazz Verse Jukebox celebrates 10 years

A celebration of the Jazz Verse Jukebox's 10th Anniversary at Hoxton Hall with a variety wordsmiths and singers. Since its inception in 2009, the Jazz Verse Jukebox (the brainchild of broadcaster & Vocalist Jumoké Fashola) has had a residency at Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club, and been featured at the Royal Albert Hall (Elgar Room) and the Southbank Centre’s Poetry Parnassus.

Featuring writer, Goldsmith University lecturer and London teenage poetry SLAM Artistic Director Jacob Sam-La Rose, award-winning poet and Out-Spoken poetry night founder Anthony Anaxagorou, British-Indian poet and renowned performer Shruti Chauhan and internationally acclaimed spoken word artist Bella Cox.

With music from renowned vocalist Tracey Jayne Campbell  and TEDx Alumna singer/songwriter Lula XYZ. Plus a unique Jukebox open mic which is your chance to perform your poetry or sing with the band.
