Don't Land My Starship is an evening of poetry and live music with poet Tim Atkins, Thodoris Ziarkas, Tom Sochas and Marcio Martinez, curated by singer Maddalena Ghezzi.

Tim Atkins will be reading from his new book about Brexit and the Roman Empire, the role of the artist and the millennia of mess that white males have got the world into. He'll be reading in front of a film and soundtrack that will premiere at The Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art in October 2019.

Thodoris Ziarkas will perform his solo double bass. He draws influences from jazz and Greek folk and tangles between electronic music and free improvisation. 

Maddalena Ghezzi and Tom Sochas will present some original compositions in a newly formed duo exploring jazz, electronics and traditional and suspended sounds from France, USA and Italy.

Marcio Martinez (DJ) will share his Brazilian vibes creating a "If today was my last day on earth this would be my playlist" show.
